This 6-session program teaches you the the science behind mindfulness, the foundational mindfulness practices, how to establish a daily mindfulness habit, and practical techniques for navigating work and life with greater calm and presence.

Finding Balance in an Uncertain World

This 6-session program provides practical tools and strategies for rebalancing through busyness, change, challenge and setbacks. 

We explore how the mind helps or hinders our wellbeing and discover ways of letting be and letting go of unhelpful thoughts and feelings and cultivating more positive mind states that help us to deal with life's distractions and disruptions.

Through evidence-based mindfulness exercises and meditations to build insight, compassion and psychological flexibility, you'll learn how to develop greater resilience and a more stable core of happiness, no matter what life throws your way.

Mindfully Managing Pain

Available as an 8-session program or through one-on-one coaching, we share evidence-based techniques from the behaviour therapy ACT and the Integrative Pain Science Institute's Mindfulness-Based Pain Relief Program to change your relationship to chronic pain and help you live with greater ease and purpose.

You'll learn how to drop the struggle with pain, dial down associated anxiety, fear and avoidance, sleep better, be more present and focus on what matters to you.
