Inner Calm Meditation Retreat

Join me, Lindel Greggery, for this guided one-day meditation retreat in the calming surrounds of The Chi Hub, Nambour.

 

Whether you are new to mindfulness or already have an established practice, I invite you to take quality time out to unhook from the busyness of the world, re-centre and recharge your batteries.

 

Together we will practice authentic mindfulness techniques to:

  • Relax and de-stress

  • Let go of distractions and busyness

  • Neutrally observe the passing parade of thoughts and feelings, without getting caught up in them

  • Develop positive qualities such as kindness and compassion

  • Cultivate gratitude and joy.

 

Chairs and mats will be provided, or you can bring your own meditation stool or cushion if you prefer. We will also be doing some mindful walking, and there will be opportunities to stretch and move between each sit.

 

While the focus will be on experiencing mindfulness through multiple short practises, there will be time to ask questions and find out more about these techniques and the wisdom and research behind them.
