Group Programs
Our small group workshops and programs are highly experiential and ensure maximum engagement.

We support you in establishing a daily mindfulness practice and learning mindfulness-based strategies for overcoming challenges and doing what matters.
Immersives
We run half-day, full-day and multi-day retreats on the Sunshine Coast to take a deeper dive into practising and applying mindfulness in daily life.
